We loved the room as it was a good size. The location was excellent and the the courtesy bus to Shinjuku railway station was so convenient. The staff were exceptional. Yuki from the Concierge section was wonderful. She arranged an appointment for me to see a local english speaking doctor, who was 2 minutes walk away. She also helped us with directions and maps for all of the Tokyo attractions. She also suggested a Gray line tour to Mt Fuji by bus with a return on the Bullet train which was a fabulous tour. She went out of her way to make sure we had a good time in Tokyo during our 5 night stay.

Hotel runs a complimentary shuttle between the hotel and Shinjuku station. Hotel offers excellent choices for the breakfast though limited options for the vegetarians, which can be improved. Staff of the hotel are very cooperative, friendly and helping.
